Returns & Exchanges

At Cavetown, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to ensure a seamless refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including the packing slip provided in your portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
